Searya's role

Searya helps users create QR codes, contact cards, signatures, business documents, trackers and calculations. Generated content is provided for convenience and is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of every result.

User responsibilities

• Review names, amounts, links, dates and calculations before use
• Upload only logos, photos and content you are authorized to use
• Do not use Searya for fraud, spam, unlawful tracking or harmful content
• Keep account credentials secure and report unauthorized access promptly

Plans and payments

Free and Pro plan contents, billing periods and prices are displayed before payment. Paid subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Searya. Any refund required by applicable consumer law remains available.

Service availability

We work to keep tools available and saved work accessible, but maintenance, provider outages or technical failures may occur. Keep independent copies of important exports and documents.

Accuracy and professional review

Calculations, generated documents and templates depend on the information entered by the user. Confirm applicable tax rates, employment rules, contract requirements and accounting treatment with a qualified professional when those matters affect your business.

Limitation of liability

Users remain responsible for decisions made using generated results. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Searya is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate inputs, unreviewed exports, external services or decisions made from an estimate or calculation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
