Information we collect

We may process your name, email address and securely hashed password when you create an account; tool projects you intentionally save to your cloud workspace; plan and transaction timestamps; and IP address for security. Tools work locally before sign-in wherever practical. Unsaved document, card, QR, signature, expense and calculation inputs are not added to your account. We also measure an anonymous visitor identifier, page path, device category, referring domain, UTM campaign information, session duration and actions such as opening, completing, exporting or saving a tool. Analytics never records passwords or the contents entered into tool fields.

• Send verification, password reset and service emails
• Measure which tools are useful and improve the service

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. Searya does not receive card details; payment information is processed by the payment provider. Hosting, email, payment and error-monitoring providers may access only the data required to deliver their services. First-party behavior events are retained for up to 180 days and visitor sessions for up to 90 days; other retention periods are limited according to purpose, legal obligations and security needs.

Your rights

You can export or permanently delete your account data from My Account. You may also request access or correction through the reporting and support controls available in your account.

Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Session cookies use HttpOnly and SameSite protections. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
